RSS Feed
What's an RSS feed? It's an easy way to keep abreast of any changes to content in a website. When a change is made, the feed provides an update of what's new for the site. Updates you can expect to see at this site include any new "Latest Headlines" stories, local merchants special promotions, new content to any of the site's pages, new pages or features, and so forth.
It's easy to set up a feed! On our Home page, you'll find the feed icon button which says "Subscribe in a reader." It looks like this:
Click on it. (Or click on the one above.) You'll then be linked to our feed at Feedburner, where a feed page is created for you. Feedburner gives you a number of options for what type of feed you'd like to use. For example, you can set up the feed using My Yahoo, iGoogle, Pageflakes, MyAOL, and other customizeable homepages. Or you can select a RSS feed "news aggregator" such as NewsGator or FeedDemon.
Use your browser's back button to return to the Home page. To check on the feed later just click on the Home page's "Subscribe in a reader" button again. It's that simple.

How about receiving an email when new content is added to this site? (For example, new articles in Latest Headlines or the addition of a new page or feature to the site.) It's easy, just subscribe below. You won't be spammed, we promise. You'll only receive an email version of our RSS feed.
(Note: If your email has a spamfilter turned on, the email might end up your spam or junk mail folder. This problem is easily solved. Your email will offer the option to create a specific filter that automatically sorts emails using a particular "header," i.e., "from: so-and-so". Here "so-and-so" will be "Edison, NJ's "Washington Park" Community Website." The filter will give you the option to direct any email with that header to your Inbox.)
